Completion Certificate

Description

Includes shipping, certificate, stickers, and CDT patch and rocker.

If you paid for the CDTC southern terminus shuttle between 2022-2025 you do not need to purchase this certificate. Simply fill out the completion form. Make sure your name and email match the name and email you used when booking the shuttle, and a completion form will be mailed to you. 

Orders shipped outside of the US will include the certificate only due to custom and import rules. The price is the same for domestic and international shipments. Order arrive in 4-6 weeks.
